The night begins with Aperitivo Hour, inviting you to explore our historic landmark hotel and mingle over cocktails from our an all-inclusive bar open all evening. We’ll head out to our heated tent on the lawn for a multi-course dinner thoughtfully crafted by Snap Pea Creative Dining, with flowing wine service from the Parlor and imaginative plates rooted in North Carolina’s local bounty. Every course is designed to surprise, delight, and set the tone for an extraordinary new year.
As the evening turns to celebration, make your way inside for a sparkling countdown to midnight. Dance beneath the chandeliers as DJ Amha spins the soundtrack for the night, strike a pose at the photo booth, and raise a glass for the midnight Champagne toast, followed by late-night bites to keep the party going.
