Mindfulness 101 is a series that combines the benefits of guided meditation with community-building. Each session focuses on a different theme: reset, compassion, resilience, balance, expansion, confidence, gratitude, and intention. The class begins with a guided meditation and ends with a discussion of the topic to build deeper connections with others. Thursdays at 6:30pm beginning March 11, 2021. You can sign up for the whole series or drop-in for one class. Current Wellness members get 20% off.
