Details
Stroll beneath this 25-foot triangular canopy, an art installation hung overhead at Smoky Hollow. This community project features more than 400 mandalas, crocheted and assembled by local residents in Glenwood South.
An additional 150 mandalas are hanging in windows throughout downtown Raleigh. Can you spot them?
Each mandala is unique, crocheted by 25 artists over the summer months of 2025.
The Glenwood South Neighborhood Collaborative, Downtown Raleigh Alliance, Raleigh Neighborhood Art Funds, Kane Realty, Clancy & Theys, Hampton Inn - Downtown Raleigh, Hibernian Pub, Duncan-Parnell, Morrison Engineers, Scalene Design and others sponsored the project.
