Intuitive Eating Jumpstart Group (Six Week Series)

If you are someone who is tired of being at war with food and your body, this group is for you. If you are someone who is interested in Intuitive Eating and doesn’t quite know where to start, this group is for you. Participating in this group will start you off on the right foot with guidance and community. Turning away from diet culture and toward authentic care for yourself is really hard; you don’t have to do it alone.

This group is led by Kathleen Terracina, a Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor who will introduce you to the 10 Principles of Intuitive Eating and equip you with tools and practices you can use as you step forward into Intuitive Eating on your own. Intuitive Eating is a weight neutral, evidence based approach to health and self-care. Through Intuitive Eating you’ll become the expert of your own body and work toward freeing yourself from the holds of dieting, restriction, and self-objectification. Show up as you are and learn how to tune in and care well for the body you have.

Stay tuned later this year for a group for graduates of Intuitive Eating JumpStart and folks who have been practicing Intuitive Eating on their own and want more community and support.

Registration includes the following:
Six 75-minute group sessions (Recording available if you miss group).
An Intuitive Eating Workbook
Two credits towards attending Upward Spiral for the Intuitive Eater
