In this online workshop, Tommy Maher will lead attendees in a fun resonator guitar workshop for beginning and intermediate players. Using “Will the Circle Be Unbroken” in the key of G, this workshop will cover: -An Introduction to the Resonator Guitar -Basic Technique -Fretboard Knowledge -Resonator Guitar Backup Rhythm -“Will the Circle Be Unbroken” Key of G There will be time for Q&A at the end of the workshop. Tommy is one fifth of the Asheville based Fireside Collective, a quintet who cheerfully disregard every kind of one-dimensional label that might be attached to their music. Tommy and the band have been busy, releasing two albums, winning the 2016 Merlefest Band Competition and earning an International Bluegrass Music Association Momentum Band of the Year nomination.
