Join the Current Wellness family for some hot tea and sound medicine as we revel in the power of positive affirmations. This sound bath will focus on how to use affirmations in your daily life to increase positive thinking and improve your relationship with yourself overall. During our time together, you will practice creating your own affirmation(s), learn about the benefits of using daily affirmations, and be given some affirmations to take home with you to continue your journey of deepening your connection with yourself. If you have been curious about using affirmations or would like to better embrace your creatorship, this sound journey and experience are especially for you!
LA firmly believes that one’s relationships with others are both an extension and reflection of the relationship one has with oneself, which is why she is so passionate about working with individuals to help them better understand and more fully accept themselves. She looks forward to holding space for you and sharing more about her own journey with affirmations.
You will have the opportunity to set a personal intention, experience a full sound bath, and fellowship with other beautiful souls all while experiencing this guided sound journey focused on positive affirmations! Some of the benefits of this experience include:

Sound therapy is a form of meditation and is a healing and wellness practice during which the music and sounds from crystal gemstone-infused singing bowls and other acoustic instruments are used to calm the nervous system, help you deepen your connection with your mind and body and remove energetic blockages.
You will need to bring a yoga mat or blanket to sit or lie down on and water to hydrate. Bringing paper or a journal and writing utensil for setting your intention or for your journaling practice are optional. Other common companions are crystals/gemstones, essential oils, flowers, mala beads, and eye masks. Feel free to bring whatever else you need to have a safe and comfortable experience. Some yoga mats, cushions, and blankets will be provided.
