Do you have stuff that you don’t want to carry into 2024? Then this workshop is inviting you in. We will spend time honoring what you have been through in 2023. In order to release, we must first acknowledge and be with. Next, we will explore parts of ourselves who we want to celebrate for their wisdom, resilience, and growth.
You will then be invited to come into contact with emotions and experiences that you’d like to process, soften, and release before moving into 2024. We will explore this through movement and breathing exercises in order to metabolize (or begin to metabolize) what you’ve been through. Lastly, you’ll reflect on what you would like to take with you into 2024.
This workshop is a combination of meditation and somatic practices, reflection and journaling, gentle movement, and community building through listening and sharing. You can expect a gentle invitation to be with and care for yourself. This experience is trauma-informed, so you will have a lot of choices and options to make this experience well-suited for your preferences and needs.
