Come out to Capital Club 16 for a special holiday supper inspired by NYC’s world famous Luchow’s restaurant. From 1882-1983, Luchow’s was a German restaurant at the center of NYC’s Union Square theatre district. On the top of the NYC culinary and social scene for over a century, it was known for their classic cuisine and their seasonal festivities, including the largest decorated Christmas tree in Manhattan.
Luchow’s has been an inspiration for the folks at Capital Club 16, and they were fortunate to find salvaged pieces in Harlem from the original restaurant and incorporate them into their dining room bar in hopes to continue on some of that good old fashioned energy, or as they called it, “Gemutlichkeit.”
For this year's holiday supper, they are partnering with HHM Band 365, a photo + video documentary collaboration with the Helping Hand Mission Band. For more information on HHMBand365 visit: www.hhmband365.com
