Join us in the Current Wellness Kitchen for a delightful culinary experience led by our talented chef: Florence Melin. Florence will guide participants through the process of creating pasta from scratch. She will offer multiple methods because not everyone has a pasta roller at home! From kneading the dough to shaping the perfect handmade pasta, every step will be a celebration of the love and passion that go into crafting this dish. Of course, pasta is incomplete without sauce – so we will be making that too!
Whether you’re a seasoned home cook or a beginner eager to try your hand at pasta-making, this event is designed for all skill levels. Come together with fellow food enthusiasts to roll, shape, and savor the fruits of your labor, culminating in a shared feast featuring the handmade pasta and sauce created during the workshop.
This is a vegetarian event. Florence will showcase how to infuse flavors into every bite without the need for meat!
