Join Brit Guerin for a class that blends elements of strength training, embodiment, and breathwork. Brit is a fitness instructor and Licensed Mental Health Therapist who understands the power of movement and community while processing grief.
Let’s come together to find movement in a way that feels good to our bodies, with the opportunity to connect to yourself and to others. This class is open to all levels and trauma-informed. You will have all the information you need to make choices to opt in and opt out along the way.
This class is in partnership with Grieve Leave and open to all.
