It’s time for our First Friday Late Summer Show! In case you missed us last month, we
have all new work from our GFA artists!
Glenwood Fine Art opened April 2023 in the Glenwood South District and displays work from 10 area artists. There are varying painting styles depicting landscapes, seascapes, florals, cityscapes, figurative, woven fiber art and more.
This month’s Featured Artist is watercolorist Joe Lahita. Joe has received numerous awards and his paintings have been collected in Australia, Europe, Canada and the United States. He is past President of the Northwestern Ohio Watercolor Society and after recently retiring from the steel industry, he has finally settled with his family in Clayton, North Carolina. He is a signature member of several national watercolor societies including Watercolor Society of North Carolina.
Glenwood Fine Art gallery is a working art studio and artists will be on site regularly. In addition to Fridays and Saturdays, the gallery is open by appointment or when an artist is painting in the studio. Send us an email to receive our current schedule.
