Artspace is back with a jam-packed November First Friday! Open 6-10pm, First Friday is always free and open to everyone!
November’s First Friday will feature:
- FRESH Juried exhibition opening with work by North Carolina artists in Gallery 2
- Juror remarks from Jessica Orzulak, Associate Curator of the Asheville Art Museum, and FRESH winners announcement at 6:30pm
- Art Bash Live Art Bid preview in Gallery 1
- Just In Case You Leave Your Shell with work by Jalen Jackson, inaugural Artspace HBCU Artist in Residence in the Upfront Gallery
- 12x12 Member Showcase in the corridors with work by 80+ local artists
- Sounds by DJ Rhymic, 6-9pm
- Visit and shop with our 30+ studio artists
- Wine tastings featuring North Carolina wineries with Yvette Holder from 6-9pm
- Gesture Drawing art making activity for all ages, 6-9pm
