This free workshop is for middle school girls, grades 5-8. Do you like bossing people around? Imagine telling someone/something what to do and they follow your command! Sometimes you need to take the time to show someone what to do in order for them to be able to successfully complete the task.
In this workshop, students will use pre-made LEGO Mindstorm robots to learn basic programming techniques. Students will be able to instruct their robot to complete specific tasks (turning and following a line using a light sensor) by following their code commands. If programed correctly, the robot will make your every wish their command!
