Details
Join us Friday, October 30th for a free, all levels Glow Flow class outside in the Bloc83 courtyard, in front of the YogaSix studio. We’ll have glow sticks and glow paint to wear as we move and flow after sunset.
This event is free to attend, but you must register in advance. Please bring a yoga mat and water, and dress in layers for the unpredictable North Carolina weather.
