The human form has been a source of inspiration and exploration for as long as people have been making art. This fascination is stronger than ever, as evidenced by the many figure drawing events held weekly throughout the area, our very own Drink and Draw included. We feel like this theme is worth revisiting, and are excited to announce our second annual gallery exhibit "Figured Out" in June. Come see a wide interpretation of the human body- from classic techniques to abstract and experimental approaches.
We'll also have a collaborative painting set up for you to contribute to. Come paint with us!
There's also the amazing Five Dollar Sketch Wall- a novel way to build your art collection (even if you're broke) and help support CoLab at the same time, thanks to generous donations from our artists!
