Introducing the “Fat Positive Strength Crew” – a 6-week strength training series designed to empower individuals in larger bodies and promote a positive relationship with fitness. This small group training program is capped at just 4 participants to offer personalized attention.
This series embraces the philosophy that strength comes in all shapes and sizes. In a world often dominated by unrealistic body standards, this program aims to challenge the status quo and redefine what it means to be strong. Led by a fat positive personal trainer, Andrea Sutton, this series combines expert instruction with a nurturing community atmosphere. Participants will engage in a variety of dynamic and functional exercises tailored to their unique fitness levels and goals. From lifting weights to bodyweight movements, each workout is designed to enhance overall strength, improve mobility, and increase confidence in one’s own body.
Beyond the physical aspect, the “Fat Positive Strength Crew” fosters a supportive community where participants can connect, share experiences, and uplift one another. This series is an affinity group for people who identify as fat, plus-sized, or larger bodied. In order to make this space as safe as possible, please make sure you are a good fit before signing up.
This group will meet on Wednesdays at 7:30pm from June 28th through August 2nd. $40/session ($240 total)
