Step into the world of French cuisine with Chef Florence Melin! She will teach us the art of crafting delectable French finger food that is sure to dazzle you and your guests.

You can expect both hands-on experience and demo-style learning from this class. And you will leave with the recipes and the skills to replicate these French delicacies at home. Of course we will be eating the food we create too!

In this class, we will make:

Gougères: light and airy French cheese puffs
Tapenade: a robust, savory spread with an olive base, perfect for pairing with crusty French bread
Onion Tartlets: rich, caramelized onions in French pastry
Spring Vegetables and Herb Yogurt Sauce: Seasonal vegetables burst with freshness and flavor, creating a vibrant and nutritious dish that elevates any event
