It is so common to feel lost and unmoored once you decide to be done with dieting.

Sometimes it feels like we are presented with a false binary:

Either (1) “I have to be on a diet and control my body in order to care for myself well,” or (2) “I am sick and tired of dieting, so I guess I have to let my self care go out the window.”

Neither of these are true! Intuitive Eating offers a third option.
