We have partnered with the North Carolina Museum of Art to serve cocktails inspired by their popular, annual event Art in Bloom, presented by PNC. In the same way that floral designers interpret works of art in the Museum’s collection, our bartenders were similarly inspired to create cocktails as delicious as they are interesting to look at. A portion of proceeds from the sale of these cocktails will be donated to the Museum.

Join us at The Willard Rooftop Weds, Mar 15, through Sun, Mar 19, during our normal operating hours to enjoy three artfully crafted cocktails from bartenders Andy Skinner, Ashleigh Rosa, Alicia Arritt, and Jessie Rossabi:

Tide

Basil Hayden bourbon, amaretto, blackberry, lemon, vegan foam

Bartender Ashleigh Rosa was inspired by the painting “Tide” by color field artist Kenneth Noland.

Mask of the Man

Vodka, espresso, Grind espresso liqueur, creme de cassis, amaro montenegro

Bartender Andy Skinner was inspired by the bronze sculpture “Mask of the Man with the Broken Nose” by Auguste Rodin.

Waves at the Manneporte

Bacardi rum, butterfly pea blossom, cream of coconut, neutralized lime, flaked coconut

Bartender Alicia Arritt was inspired by “Waves at the Manneporte” by French painter Claude Monet.
