We’re celebrating the month of foolery with a Cocktails & Cuisine class focused on less common versions of classic cocktails that are just as good as the originals. Attend our next Cocktails & Cuisine Class: Don’t Be Fooled on Saturday, April 15 or April 29 at 2pm, and you’ll learn how to up your cocktail game and pair drinks with food as you gather around the bar at The Willard Rooftop. Our skilled bartenders will teach you to make three cocktails that are spins on the classics, like an old fashioned with tequila or a margarita with rye. You’ll get to enjoy a glass of each cocktail plus pairings with two dishes from our kitchen.
