Great pasta is about more than just a recipe—it's about the love you put into it! Brovelli will work together with participants in a fun, hands-on environment infusing flavored Olive oil into pasta. Cheese wheel pasta is a style of pasta that is made table side by mixing freshly cooked pasta in a hollowed cheese wheel.
Bring great ideas home to your family! Brovelli will teach you how to cook pasta in a cheese wheel. They'll pair each pasta with a complementary Infused flavored Oils and in-store spices. They have wine available by glass or bottle to enjoy with the food.
Allow 24 hour advance sign up notice. Minimum 2 people, limited to 8 unless privately scheduled for larger groups.
Participants will receive 10% off in-store purchases the day of class. Cancellation Policy: A 48 hour notice is required to cancel any class and reschedule. To cancel please call the store at 919-977-8164.
