Come celebrate fat icons while building strength, endurance, and confidence with kettlebell movements! Fellow fat babe, Liz Hye, will lead us through an instructional and empowering workout. Class attendees will learn the following kettlebell movements:
-Deadlift
-Swing
-Clean
-Jerk
-Snatch
Move and groove to Aretha Franklin, The Notorious B.I.G., Jelly Roll, Missy Elliot, and more!
Our Wellness Bar will be open at 5pm for First Friday, and class will begin at 5:30pm.
