Join the Current Wellness family for hot tea and medicine in the form of sound as we engage in collective rest, allowing our minds and bodies to be still. This sound bath experience will focus on the meaning and importance of rest and stillness in our lives. If you have been caught up in busyness and struggling to find moments of rest, this space is being held especially for you!
LA firmly believes that one’s relationships with others are both an extension and reflection of the relationship one has with oneself, which is why she is so passionate about working with individuals to help them better understand and more fully accept themselves. She looks forward to guiding you to rest during this divinely peaceful experience!
You will have the opportunity to set a personal intention, experience a full sound bath, and fellowship with other beautiful souls all while experiencing this guided sound meditation focused on rest! Some of the benefits of this experience include:

Sound therapy is a form of meditation and is a healing and wellness practice during which the music and sounds from singing bowls and other musical instruments are used to calm the nervous system, help you deepen your connection with your mind and body and remove energetic blockages.
You will need to bring a yoga mat or blanket to sit or lie down on and water to hydrate. Bringing paper or a journal and writing utensil for setting your intention or for your journaling practice are optional. Other common companions are crystals/gemstones, essential oils, and eye masks. Feel free to bring whatever else you need to have a safe and comfortable experience. Some yoga mats, cushions, and blankets will be provided.
Come prepared to rest and unplug!
