Lauren Demberg will guide us through a transformative sound bath designed to awaken the body and invite us to bloom more fully as we move deeper into the heart of spring.
A sound bath is a unique and therapeutic experience that uses the power of sound to help you release stress, ease tension, and find harmony within. In this event, you will be guided to go inward as you bask in a symphony of sounds from crystal singing bowls, embracing the balance and renewal that this seasonal shift brings.
About Lauren: Lauren is a yoga teacher, sound healer, and Reiki Master with a deep passion for creating inclusive, welcoming spaces for rest and restoration. Her approach blends intuition, intention, and the healing resonance of sound to support the body, mind, and spirit in finding balance.
