First Friday is celebrated on the first Friday of each month throughout Downtown Raleigh to showcase the best of our city’s creative community. One of the founding organizations behind First Friday, Artspace opens its doors from 6-10pm every First Friday.
First Friday is always free and open to everyone!
December’s First Friday will feature:
WAR: New York 2000-2003 exhibition by Renzo Ortega in Gallery 1
Life Lines exhibition by Anna Payne Rogers Previtte, former Artspace NC Emerging Artist in Residence in Upfront Gallery
FRESH juried exhibition by North Carolina artists in Gallery 2
12x12 Member Showcase in the corridors
Meet and shop with our 30+ studio artists
Sounds by Lauren Sovereign, 6-9pm
Art making activity, 6-9pm
Give back to Artspace with our Giving Tree
Live performance by the Raleigh Rockers, 7pm
The Art of Wine tasting with Yvette Holder featuring holiday wines, 6-9pm

Este evento se celebra el primer viernes de cada mes en Downtown Raleigh y muestra lo mejor de la comunidad creativa de nuestra ciudad. Una de las organizaciones fundadoras del Primer viernes, Artspace, abre sus puertas de 6 a 10 p. m. el primer viernes de cada mes.
¡El Primer viernes siempre es gratuito y está abierto para toda la comunidad!
El Primer viernes de diciembre se presentarán:
La exposición WAR: New York 2000-2003 con obras de Renzo Ortega en la Galería 1
La exposición Life Lines con obras de Anna Payne Rogers Previtte, quien fue artista emergente en residencia en Artspace NC, en Upfront Gallery
La exposición seleccionada por jurado FRESH con obras de artistas de Carolina del Norte en la Galería 2
Exposición por parte de miembros 12x12 en los pasillos
Conoce a más de 30 artistas del estudio y adquiere sus obras
Actividad de creación de arte, de 6 a 9 p. m.
Entretenimiento en vivo: Lauren Sovereign ( de 6 a 9p. m.) y Raleigh Rockers (a las 7p.m.)
Cata El arte del vino a cargo de Yvette Holder con vinos de la temporada de fiestas, de 6 a 9 p. m.
