Join us for a night of storytelling and bourbon tasting as we take a journey exploring Penelope Bourbon and their journey of building a family heritage. Created by two close friends, Mike Paladini and Danny Polise, Penelope Bourbon boasts a large collection of different whiskey varieties.
During this dinner, we will taste three bourbons from their core series and a welcome cocktail featuring the Penelope Riviera from the Cooper Series. We will be joined by special guest speaker Ryan Mills, who will delve deeper into the story and creation of each bottle we sample throughout the night.
