About this Event:
Origin Raleigh, Good Day Good Night, and Sincerely Chic Events have teamed up to present a unique 5-course meal perfectly paired with a variety of summer wines from Trinchero Family Estates. This pairings menu inspired by warm summer days will be prepared by Chef Blake onsite!

Blake VanValkenburgh visits us from the 1,000 Islands, New York and has prepared a wide variety of pairings menus, from game meats paired with local beers to Vietnamese Cuisine paired with unique wines. He has prepared dinners for 800+ guests as well as intimate dinners for two. He recently started a new career teaching culinary arts in New York but in his free time enjoys fishing and traveling to new places.
