Tired of feeling like you need to be “in shape” just to step into a gym? Most fitness spaces feel like they come with an unwritten rulebook. From the confusing terminology to the fancy equipment, it’s easy to feel like an outsider. If you’ve ever stayed home because you felt intimated or insecure, this workshop was built specifically for you.

What to Expect:

The “Why & How” Tour: We’ll demystify the equipment. You’ll learn how to use basic equipment to feel confident in a class.
Permission to Pivot: Learn how to modify any movement to fit your body’s needs today.
This is for you if:

You’ve ever felt “too slow” or “too weak” for a group fitness class.
You want to move your body but don’t know where to start.
You have questions you’ve been too embarrassed to ask.
You want a refresher on basic movement patterns.
Come as you are. No fancy clothing or prior experience required. In this sanctuary, the only “wrong” way to do fitness is by doing it in a way that makes you feel bad about yourself.

Cost: Sliding scale – $14, $24, or $34
