Moore Square Market Weekend Pop-Up


About the Market 

Downtown Raleigh will host a special Moore Square Market weekend pop-up on Sunday, September 13th from 10 am-2 pm. DRA and City of Raleigh will use this pop-up market as an opportunity to survey community members on how we can improve the market and determine if a Sunday market would be best in the future as well as to support local farmers and small business owners. Vendors confirmed are:

Rise early and join Current Wellness for a flow yoga class starting at 9 am. Pre-registration is required and the cost is $15 or you can purchase 3 intro classes for $20 that can be used for any of Current Wellness's classes. Register online here. There will also be live music from local artist Orlando Parker Jr.

SNAP Double Bucks Program 

To foster an inclusive shopping experience that welcomes everyone to downtown, Moore Square Market is proud to accept SNAP. Moore Square Market's Double Bucks Program provides matching dollars up to $10 per market visit. Purchase SNAP tokens at the information booth to use for any market purchases.

The Initiative, sponsored by Blue Cross NC, provides matching "Double Bucks" incentives to SNAP-eligible shoppers and is part of the company's commitment to addressing food security in North Carolina by increasing access to healthy and nutritious local food.
